山菜寿司を目当てに、はるばるやって来ました。
お店は駅から歩いたらちょっと遠すぎる山里？に在るので、駅からタクシーでお店まで。
もちろん山菜寿司を注文。
内容は山くらげ、ぜんまい、ふき、ふきのとう、ずいき、紫蘇の実です。
時期ではないので仕方ないのかも知れませんが、みんな同じような味で煮てあります。
それぞれの山菜の風味に合うように色々な味付けがしてあったら、もっともっと楽しめると思うんですけれど。
酢飯はかなり強めです。
もしまた来る機会があったら、今度は旬の時期に天ぷらを食べてみたいなと思います。
