伺うのは何度目か忘れましたが、毎年、料理を考えて新しい料理を提供してるようです。
食材も聞いた事の無いものから定番まで扱ってました。
で、今回頂いたのは5250円の会席で、内容は
先付 百合根冷製スープ バジル

刺身 マグロ イワナ マス 平目
吸物 ヨモギすり流し クコの実 ホタテ 大根
焼物 鮎岩塩焼き ふき味噌 ヒルガオの酢の物

しのぎ フウキノﾄｳとアケビの握り寿司

こんな感じでした。
美味しい料理を堪能させてもらいました。小淵沢を代表する名店の一つかと思います。
単品も色々ありましたが、今の時期、待たせてしまうかもって事で会席にしました。
