誕生日のお祝いディナーで訪問。山梨の地のものがたくさん使われたコース料理と地元ワインだけで構成されたペアリングコースを頂きました。
質、量、お料理とお酒の相性、サービス、雰囲気、とにかく全てが素晴らしかったです。
特にニジマスは感動ものでした！！
また、これまで国産ワインはあまり飲んだことがなかったのですが、9種類いただき、国産ワインにもたくさん美味しいものがあるんだなと実感！
飲みっぷりに感心(?)してくださったのか、コース外でイタリアのヴィンテージワインも出していただき、そちらも大変美味しかったです！！笑
特別な日にまた伺いたいお店です♪
