Restaurant highlights |
A family-friendly restaurant with a view where you can enjoy a variety of dishes made with local ingredients. The meat dishes in particular are excellent.
Located in the middle of a vast ranch on the southern foot of Mt. Yatsugatake, at an altitude of 1,420m, with the Southern Alps in the background, the Chichibu Mountains and Mt. Fuji in front, and Mt. |
Because it was winter, Makiba Park was closed, but Restaurants was open, so I went in for lunch. I sat by the window and enjoyed a nice view. I ordered Houtou. Houtou was filled with plenty of vegetables and other ingredients! It contained Chinese cabbage, carrots, pumpkin, and even wild vegetables. The noodles were chewy and in a soup made with dashi and miso. It was a delicious Houtou, perfect for a cold day.
