上田市出張の帰りです。信州のお蕎麦を
食べて帰りたいと思っていましたが、夕方は
営業していないお店が多く、3軒程フラれ、
そのまま中央道へ。
山梨県に入りましたがお蕎麦を諦める事が
出来ずに、八ヶ岳パーキングエリアの
「甲斐路亭」さんへ。
券売機で食券を購入します。目にに入った
「舞茸そば」740円を「大盛り」100円で
購入しました。
食券をカウンターに渡すと、呼出ブザーを
手渡されます。お冷はセルフとなっています。
5分程度でブザーが鳴りました。
「舞茸そば」大きな舞茸の天ぷらが2個と
ネギが添えられています。
舞茸の天ぷらにかぶりつくと、舞茸がジューシー
です。人工栽培されている舞茸だと思いますが、
私が普段マーケットで購入する物と比べても
グッと味がいいです。きっと鮮度が違うんでしょう。
お汁はあっさりで、塩気も穏やか。かと言って
物足りなさもありません。舞茸の天ぷらの
油がにじみ出て、いい感じです。
お蕎麦はしなやかな食感で、温かなお汁でも
弾力が残っています。大盛りでしたが最後まで
伸びる事はありませんでした。
パーキングエリアのお蕎麦、期待しないで
食べましたが、総体的に美味しかったです。
また+100円の大盛りで、麺量もありました。
特に舞茸の天ぷらは美味しかったです。
