今回は豊川ぶらりさんと山梨へ２人旅。
旅の目的地は白州蒸溜所。
リニューアルされてかなり雰囲気の良いモダンな空間になっていました。
今回は工場見学も兼ねて行ってきました。
自由に見学できるスペースもありますが、今回は蒸溜所や貯蔵庫含めた見学をしました。
実はウィスキーがどうやって作られるか知らなかったのでとても勉強になりました。さらにウィスキーを楽しめそうです。
見学の最後にはテイスティングもあり味の変化を楽しみことができたのは貴重な体験だったと思います。
見学が終わった後は新しくできたバーへ。
まずは自販機で１人２セットまで注文できます。
私はヴィンテージものを白州・山崎・響と頼みました。
ついつい、普段は出会えないレアなものを飲みたくなってしまいます。
味の好みは人それぞれなので評価はまちまちだと思いますが、白州は若いのが、山崎は年代物が好きなんだな〜と思いました。
飲みすぎて帰りのバス乗り遅れないように気をつけて下さいね。
