お店の前を通るたびに気になっていたので行ってみました。
串はショーケースの中から選ぶセルフ方式。
自分で焼くか揚げるか調理法を選べるなんてすっごく嬉しい！しかも、ねぎま、豚等のお肉はもちろん、ししゃもや鮭の魚介、はんぺん等の名脇役たちも揃ってます。
同じ具材でも違う調理で二度楽しめちゃいます！
焼いたものも美味しかったんですが、こちらのお店は揚げ物もお上手。細かいパン粉を薄くまぶしてさくさくに揚げてくれます。揚げたてを食べられる…こんなに嬉しいことはありません！
普段は近所の方が多い雰囲気で、ローカルルールもあるようです。とあることで、注意を受けたのですが、初めての人には暗黙の了解なんてわかりませんよ…
注意をするようなことならしっかり事前に告知して欲しかったです。
店主の方一人で切り盛りしている様子で、駐車場もお店も広くなく、数組入ったらなかなか忙しそう。
利用する際は店内の状況も見た方が良さそうです。
また、こちらのお店、サラダなど野菜メニューは少なく、あくまでも串をメインとした飲み食い処なので、お気をつけて。
