小淵沢駅の東側にあるフレンチビストロ。
周囲は駅近とはいえ、昭和な雰囲気のお店が数軒ある中にフレンチのお店があります。
休日の昼に予約して行きました。
店内は予約客と思しきお客さんでいっぱい。
土日は予約しないと厳しいかも。
メニューは地物の食材を使ったフレンチメニューが並びます。
前菜(テリーヌ)＋甲州ワインビーフのカツレツ(3,800円)をオーダー。
まずは前菜。ピクルスが付け合わせでのったテリーヌがやってきました。
濃厚な味わいのテリーヌとさっぱりしたピクルスは美味。
そしてメインのカツレツ。
サクサクの衣がついたカツレツは、肉がまだ赤くジューシー。
肉の旨味を味わえるカツレツでうまい。
洋ワサビのソースも苦味が肉の旨味を引き立てます。
リーズナブルにフレンチを楽しめる良いお店です。
