塩＋味玉をいただきました。
チャーシューがほんとすごい！
最近食べた中では一番ではないだろうか？
スープも実に美味しい。非常によくできていると思う。
ただ、ちょっとだけ塩分濃度高い。
少し控えめにして、ほんの少し醤油を入れた方が香りがあって良いと思う。
残念なのは麺。まったく面白味のない平凡な麺。なんでここ手を抜くの？
また、味玉は加熱しすぎ。
ゆで時間を控えめにするともっと黄身が濃厚に仕上がると思う。
調整するだけで味のランクはもっと上がる。
