南アルプス市の旧甲西町にある鶏白湯専門のラーメン屋さんです。
主人と平日のランチで利用しました。
駐車場へは表通りから入ることはできなくて、裏から入ります。
案内があるので分かると思います。
店内は、木目調の落ち着いた雰囲気です。
カウンター席とテーブル席があります。
コロナの影響で、テーブル席は横並びになっていて、向かい合わせにならないように工夫されています。
また、入口に消毒液が置かれ、コロナ対策も万全です。
11時半過ぎに訪れたのですが、既に先客が3組もいて人気の程が窺えました。
ラーメンは、鶏白湯ベースで、塩・醤油・辛の3種類。
注文したのは、
■鶏白湯 辛(900円＋味玉120円)
■鶏白湯 塩＆チャーシュー混ぜご飯(1,000円)
鶏白湯 辛は、辛さが3段階あり、私は3辛をお願いしました。
ベースは鶏白湯スープです。
自分が注文したものを食べる前に、ベースとなっている塩味のスープを先に味見しました。
出汁がしっかり効いていて美味しかったです。主人も気に入ったようです(^'^)
辛い方は、通常のチャーシュー以外にも細かいチャーシューがゴロゴロ入っていて満足感がありました。
