On Friday, May 27, 2022, after visiting the restaurant several times, I was finally able to enter the restaurant for the first time. Although I could see it from the road, I couldn't find the entrance and was blocked by temporary closures, so on my third visit, I finally managed to enter the restaurant. After watching a program on local cable TV, I really wanted to eat this soup and char siu, so I visited! It's a popular restaurant, so I visited around 13:30, outside of the lunch time of 12-13, but customers were still coming and the restaurant was full. Amazing! A popular restaurant ♡ I sat at the counter and asked for a large serving of salted white soup and a mini char siu bowl, but the rice was sold out, so I added an additional boiled egg instead of rice. The char siu, which was roasted just before being served, was fragrant, and the soup had a strong chicken flavor and was excellent, as it mixed well with the thin, curly noodles! The boiled egg was also exquisitely seasoned and soft-boiled to add a nice touch. This was my third time trying it, but I'm glad I didn't give up and visited. Next time I'll come earlier and try the char siu bowl and the chicken white soup soy sauce flavor ♡ It was delicious (^^♪ Thank you for the meal I visited again on Thursday, June 2, 2022, just after 11:00. Last time, the rice was sold out and I couldn't eat the char siu bowl, so this time I visited as soon as they opened. The large soy sauce flavor and the mini bowl B (edible chili oil flavor) that is only available to those who order Ramen, go great with Ramen!! But even though it's a famous char siu restaurant... why don't they have char siu noodles??? (一一) I want to eat more char siu!! Wednesday, June 15, 2022 It was a cold rainy season, so I wanted to eat some warm Ramen, so I visited around 1:30 pm. Oh no!! When I looked at the menu, it had been rewritten by hand (ﾟДﾟ) Prices have gone up!! I can't help but feel that the costs are so high... but I was surprised at the sudden price increase. It seems like every restaurant is having a hard time!! [b:Please check the photo for the new unit price!!] Tuesday, June 21, 2022 I had a dream about chicken broth, so I skipped breakfast and visited the restaurant at opening time, feeling extremely hungry. I wanted to try the extra large size, so I ordered a large serving of soy sauce and mini char siu rice bowl C. (The amount of noodles here is large, so it seems dangerous to order carelessly (一一) Both the chicken soup and the char siu are consistently delicious ♡ The mizuna also goes well with the soup and is the best!! It was delicious~♬
