This restaurant opened in Minami-Arupur. First of all, I was surprised by the high quality. I recommend the grilled food. The food grilled with the authentic and unparalleled Tosa Binchotan charcoal is truly delicious. There are many restaurants that sell Binchotan charcoal. However, Binchotan charcoal can be produced in various countries, such as Malaysia, but Tosa Binchotan and Kishu Binchotan are genuine domestically produced. This charcoal has a high far-infrared effect, and all ingredients can be grilled deliciously. There are famous Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) restaurants in Kofu City, but Barisuke's authentic charcoal grilled food is by far the most delicious. The other dishes are also highly refined, and the desserts and Ramen at the end are also excellent. The fact that there are many female customers is proof of this popularity. The customer service is also very polite and likable. Since it is a local restaurant, there are not many reviews yet, but it is a rare restaurant in the prefecture where everything is highly refined and satisfying. After visiting several times, we tend to eat the same thing that we think is delicious on our next visit, and the next time, so we don't move on to ordering new items on the menu. In the meantime, this time I finally made a new order. Of course, I ordered my standard dishes... I ordered the "Shirasu Garlic Pizza" and the "Grilled Cheese Teppan with Whole Tomatoes". Both were delicious and did not disappoint. The former was a light-tasting "Shirasu" pizza that I had never eaten before, and the latter was a grilled cheese dish that completely betrayed the "simple appearance" and allowed me to enjoy the texture of fresh tomatoes (it seems to be more than just a combination of tomatoes and cheese). It goes without saying that these have become our standard dishes, but what would happen if you combined these two...what would happen if you put tomato cheese on pizza? I think it's a natural combination. Now, as for the taste...please give it a try. It's excellent!
