所用にて帰郷の折

25年も前には会社が隣だったので
ほぼ毎日
店舗はリニューアルしたが
味は変わらず
麺、出汁ともに吉田でナンバーワンと
私目は思っております。
11時開店前から暖簾なしでお客さんが
続々と店内に入っていく。
店内は清潔に保たれていて漂う香りが

本来であれば肉天うどんと冷やしたぬきうどんなのだが
久々の帰郷なのでもう、一軒行くための腹はのこしておくため肉天のみ注文
5分ほどで到着のうどんに大量の辛味投入
辛味にも負けない出汁の強さと麺
ガシガシ喰らい呑み込む麺の旨さたるや
うどん屋は回転が命
速攻食べきりお勘定します。

わが故郷山梨は富士吉田
産湯がうどんの茹で汁であったであろう私は中学生のころより近隣のうどん屋
高校生にもなると市内のうどん屋を渡り歩いておりました。
数年の東京での生活もとにかく吉田のうどんが脳内の片隅に
地元に戻り就職すると
まさにそこはうどん天国
ここ美也樹さん、美也川さん、栄屋さん、惜しまれつつ閉店したきくやさん
歩いて行ける範囲に4店舗
車では数知れず
中でも美也樹さんは歩いて３０秒
ナイスな位置にありました。
ここまで吉田うどんが知名度無かった時なので１２時からのダッシュで余裕です。
２５年も前の話です。
と、言うことで美也樹さんには旧店舗のころから退職までの5年間、年に２００日は来店していたかと思います。
昨年、地元に帰る用事もあり訪店しましたが
奥さん変わんねぇな
俺より若いわ
当然の冷やしタヌキ、肉天うどんを注文
昔なら両方とも大盛りでいけたのですがチョット老いてます。
味は変わらずに味噌のちょっと酸味のある感じがたまりません。
今度、富士急勤務の際には必ず伺います。
因みに二昨年のうどんマップは郡内であれば完璧です。
