今回は山梨県は富士吉田市に遠征してきました。
せっかくなら“吉田のうどん”を何軒か回ってみようということで、まず訪れたのはうどんEAST百名店にも選出されるこちらのお店。
さすがの人気ぶりで店前には長い行列が出来ていますが、回転も早いのでそこまで長時間待たなかったです。
注文後1分ほどの爆速スピードで到着した“肉うどん”は醤油と味噌のバランスが良い鰹香るスープに、モ゛ｯチリとした硬太麺を合わせた一杯。
吉田のうどんならではのキャベツや甘辛く味付けされた馬肉を麺に絡ませながらいただくとめちゃ美味しい✨
接客に関してはそっけない感が否めませんでしたが、なりより500円でスタンダードかつ美味しい吉田のうどんがいただけて満足です✨
