近くで仕事があり、お客さんと一緒に訪問。
吉田うどんではここが一番とのことでお連れいただいた。
車で向かうが駐車場がいっぱいで駐車待ちの車の列ができるほど。
お客様の知人宅が近くにあり停めさせて頂き訪問。
既にお店の外に10人程の待ちが。
しかし、回転が早いのか思ったより早く店内に入店。
店内のメニューを見てビックリ。かけうどん400円。
安い。もっとビックリしたのが、地元のお客様が普通2つ注文するよと。
店内を見渡すと確かに冷やしとあったかいうどんの2つを食べてる人がチラホラ。
あまり見ない光景。
では、冷やしたぬきと肉うどんの2つを注文。
注文して5分経たずに着丼。
まずは温かい肉うどんのスープから。
うんうん。飲みやすい。麺はと。
硬い硬い。愛知の山本屋の味噌煮込みくらい硬い。
個人的に硬いのが好きなので美味しいがコシというより硬いほうとうといった感じにも。
では冷やしたぬきを。
うーん。もっと硬い。これは味噌煮込みより硬い。
でも個人的には好き。温かいうどんとこれだけ違うのも面白い。食べ比べを是非してほしい。また冷やしたぬきにはなんと玉ねぎが入ってる。大根おろしと山葵も。
冷やしに玉ねぎは初めて。
個人的には温かい肉うどんの方がオススメかな。
出汁が楽しめるのでこちらに。
