今日は吉田のうどんを食べるため、山梨県富士吉田市までやってきました。
あいにくの天気で富士吉田市は雪が降っています。
この天気だからいつも混んでいるお店に入れるかと思い、目当ての店まで行きましたが混んでいて入れませんでした。次の候補のムサシに行ったところ、空いていてすぐに入れました。ここも混んでいることが多いんですよ。
初めての訪問で、何を食べようか迷いましたが「ムサシうどん」をお願いしました。
注文してから時間がかからず運ばれてきました。早い!
ムサシうどんは、大きなかき揚げ、わかめ、キャベツ、油揚げに極太うどんです。
つゆはさっぱりとした味で、さらさらのすりだねで辛味をつけていただきました。
うどんは極太で、太いところは1ｃｍくらいあるのではないかと思います。
一本ずつすすり、かんで食べるという表現が正しいかもしれません。
かき揚げはつゆに浸けて少し柔らかくして食べると美味しいです。
トッピングも馬肉など色々あります。
大盛にしなくてもお腹いっぱいになり、美味しくいただきました。
次回は馬肉をトッピングしてみようかと思います。
