日曜日
今日は息子と富士急行の旅。
色んな電車を楽しみながら富士山駅でお昼を。
歩いて20分くらい。
15人くらい並んでた。
待ち30分。回転はそれでもいい方なのかな？
店内オール座敷。
紙とペンがあるので記入するらしい。
看板なのかな？私がムサシうどん。
息子は冷ゴマだれ。
お水はセルフ。
そこにゆでたまごがあったので、息子が一つ。
体感2 3分で提供。早っ。
まず、スープ。
この出汁がめちゃくちゃ美味い！
ここでしか味わえない味。
麺は、太くて硬くてやっぱり違和感。
吉田うどんは2回目だけど、やっぱりどこもこういう感じなのかな。
でもこれはこれでありな感じ。食べてくうちに慣れてくる。
かき揚げはシンプルで美味しい。
キャベツも意外といける。
卓上の唐辛子みたいなものがまたピリッと辛く、違った味に仕上がる。これは入れるべし。
息子は冷やしゴマだれ。
やはりこのうどんに慣れていないのか完食できず。
残りをいただいたけど、冷なので余計に硬く、食べるの困難。
でもなぜだろう、この食感がクセになってきた。
山梨来たらまた食べたくなるのかな。
