※元祖キャベツうどん。シンプルな味はやみつきになる美味しさ! むっちりとコシのある麺に、醤油と味噌をベースにした出汁。メニューは｢冷たいの(つけ)｣か｢あったかいの(つけ)｣の2種類のみ。トッピングもシンプルで、シャキシャキのキャベツと油揚げのみ。その分、素材の味が生きる美味さを堪能できます。
(udon atatakaino／The original cabbage udon. The simple taste is addictive! The noodles are plump and chewy, and the soup stock is based on soy sauce and miso. There are only two options on the menu: ``cold dipping'' or ``warm dipping''. The toppings are simple, just crunchy cabbage and fried tofu.
