しゃぶしゃぶをいただきに行きました。
落ち着いた雰囲気を求める方にはいい店だと思います。
サービスも女将さんらしき人がきちっと仕切っており、
店内、トイレも非常に清潔で好感が持てました。
料理は、八寸からしっかり手の入った仕事で目を楽しませてもらいました。
が、なぜか、しゃぶしゃぶも八寸も味が足りない気が。
たれのせいかと思ったが、ごまだれとポン酢との両味でそう感じたためそうではない。
原因は多分、その日飲んだ芋焼酎。
普段、焼酎を飲まないせいもあるが、味と香りが強すぎて繊細な味が死んでしまったのだと思う。
好みもあるし、流行のものを置かないといけないというのもわかるが、
芋焼酎は繊細な料理とは合わない。もったいない事をした。
芋焼酎を否定する気は無いが、料理に合う酒だけをラインナップして欲しいです。
