The three of us had dinner together after work. I had a local friend drive me there, but I couldn't tell it was Restaurants from the outside, and I definitely didn't realize it was such a nice restaurant. The number of Tabelog stores is not included. I think I am still a food logger myself. According to what I hear, Watami's Miki Watanabe is coming. It was also a satisfying shop. We had one course meal. I didn't expect to eat okoze sashimi in Yamanashi Prefecture, but it was a nice size and delicious dish. Salad using local vegetables. The overnight dried sweetfish is also outstanding. Beef shabu with plenty of mushrooms is sure to be delicious before you eat it. To finish off, the nigiri and dessert are pudding. It was a fulfilling and satisfying course. After a toast of draft beer, we had sake. The first is Shichiken's Junmai Daiginjo, which is named "Liyu". This tastes amazing. After finishing all the drinks, and after trying a few different types, the proprietress served me a kayo bath. Recently popular and difficult to obtain sake. I thoroughly enjoyed the sweetness and flavor. Very satisfied! ! Thank you for the meal.
