This is a restaurant in Fujiyoshida that you can safely use for company dinners.
This Japanese-style meal restaurant is located about 500m southeast of Fujisan Station, diagonally across from the Fujiyoshida Joint Government Building. I visited here for dinner with local people during a business trip. I visited the restaurant almost a year ago, and it seems that the second-generation couple who ran Japanese Cuisine in the United States recently returned to Japan and took over the restaurant. The main course I had that day was Koshu beef shabu shabu. Yamanashi Prefecture does not have the image of livestock farming, but the cows, horses, pigs, and chicken you can eat in Yamanashi are all delicious. It is said that only Japanese black fattened cattle that have been carefully raised by members of the Koshu Beef Shipping Association and that are graded 4 or 5 in meat quality can be called Koshu Beef, but the meat on this day was also extremely delicious. I did. Appetizers and sashimi such as Shirako and Karasumi are also available. We had delicious food and drinks again this time. It seems to maintain sufficient quality even after replacing it. This is a restaurant in Fujiyoshida that you can safely use for company dinners.

This Japanese-style meal restaurant is located about 500m southeast of Fujisan Station, diagonally across from the Fujiyoshida Joint Government Building. About two years ago, the second generation couple who had been running the branch in New York returned to Japan and there was a generational change. Currently, it seems to be operating as a New York style Japanese-style meal restaurant. The owner and chef, Hirofumi Watanabe, seems to have interacted with famous athletes such as Daisuke Matsuzaka, Darvish, and Hideki Matsuyama during his time in New York. I've been here several times, including when I was in the previous generation, but this was my first time having lunch here. There seems to be a 1,300 yen set menu for lunch, but the one I had was the Shokado Bento (boxed lunch) for 3,600 yen. According to information online, the New York branch also offers a hearty ``Shokado Bento (boxed lunch)'' with a good balance of meat, fish, and vegetables for about $30. On this day, Shokado had a wide variety of Japanese and Western dishes, including Steak, sashimi (sea bream, fugu, sardine, and sea urchin), omelets, seasoned rice, and panna cotta. Steak was definitely the best. As expected, it feels much more American than its predecessor.
