昔から変わらない食材ですが、逆に新鮮なものを見つけました。 食に対する姿勢は今も昔も変化しないことを感じ取れるお店です。 |
カツ丼
600円、安いよね、うん安い。
チェーン店のカツ丼で、この価格でこのクオリティは出せないと思う。むしろ店潰れないの？と心配になるレベル。肉も分厚い。付け合わせのサラダのドレッシングは独特な風味があり、だんだんと癖になる。
冷奴も、食後のサービスにコーヒーがアイスがつくのも嬉しい。
店の佇まいもリアルレトロで良い。その外観とは裏腹に店内は清潔。ただ、冬に来ると若干寒い。寒くなければ雰囲気ポイントは4。
おばちゃんの愛想も含めてしみじみ味わい深い店だ。
