家族旅行で河口湖に来た際、ランチで利用しました。
富士吉田の市街地、住宅街の一角にお店はあります。
事前に調べておいたので戸惑いはありませんでしたが、初見だとハンバーガー屋さんだと思わずに通り過ぎてしまいそうな外観です。
お店の前の駐車場は違うお店の駐車場で、こちらのお店の専用駐車場は道路の反対側（ブロック塀の向こう）に３台分あります。
予約可ということで、夏休みの週末昼13:00の予約を１週間前に電話で予約しました。
注文したのは「自家製スモーク黒ベーコン＆チェダーチーズバーガー」(2200円)と「コカ・コーラ」(350円)。
カミさんは黒板メニューの「白ベーコン＆モッツァレラチーズバーガー」と「ハイネケン」(700円)、娘は食べきれるか不安だったので「ハンバーガー」(1600円)と「マンゴージュース」(350円)。
ふんわりバンズに粗挽きパテ、スモーキーなベーコン、チェダーチーズの組み合わせは無敵です。
トマトもたくさん乗っていて、かなり贅沢な仕様のハンバーガーとなっています。
ソースの味わいも絶妙で、文句なしで美味しいハンバーガーと言えるでしょう。
食べるのに必死でカミさんと娘の分の写真を取り忘れてしまいましたが、家に帰ってから娘に「何が一番美味しかった？」と聞いたところ、こちらのハンバーガーという回答でした。
お父さん、頑張ってプランニング＆予約をした甲斐があったというものです。
