鴨ダシせいろは、肉の野生味溢れる味と香りの汁と細めの二八ともよくあい印象的。入店直後の調理場からの威勢の良い怒号も印象的でした。
美味しい手打ちそば！
天ぷらも一つ一つしっかりしてて美味しい！
通り道にあったので立ち寄りました。
家族4人で特に下調べせずに入ってしまいましたが、静かな雰囲気でした。
お蕎麦も美味しいですが、天ぷらがとても美味しいです。
家族で天せいろとニ八せいろを頂...
こちらのお店、山中湖に来た時は、良く寄らせてもらってます。
丁寧に料理された食事は、とても良い出来です。

蕎麦はもちろん、つゆも天ぷらも
全て素晴らしいです。
近くにあったら毎日でも通いたい。
電話番号でナビに入れたら無関係の別荘地（讃美）に案内されてしまった。電話で尋ねると湖畔道路で平野の交差点を入ってすぐとのこと。行ってれば大変判り易い場所。食べログの地図で予め確認すれば済んだので反省。...

鴨ダシは合鴨のガラと鰹の出汁にロースと生姜の効いたつくね、鴨出汁が薄く鰹出汁が強いのでさっぱりした味わい（好みとは違う）
移転前のお店には何度か通わせていただいて、
とびぬけて美味しいわけではなかったけれど、
安心して蕎麦が食べられるお店だなと思っていた。
