以前から行ってみたいと思っていた山中湖近くにあるお蕎麦屋さんです。
山梨県内に住んでいるのに、訪れる機会が殆どないエリアで(コロナ禍で休日は警戒していたのもありますけど)、子どもが学校に行っている間になんとか時間を作って主人と行ってきました。
やまなしグリーン・ゾーン認証を受けているお店で、入り口で検温もあり、コロナ対策は万全です。
注文したのは、
■鴨せいろ(1,600円+粗挽き変更100円+税)
■天せいろ(1,700円+粗挽き変更100円+税)
■出汁巻き玉子(700円+税)
蕎麦は、二八と粗挽き田舎せいろの2種類があり、どちらも粗挽き田舎せいろに変更しました。
香りが強く、穀物感がしっかりと感じられる、美味しい蕎麦でした。
鴨出汁も濃厚で、鴨のつくね入りでした。
天ぷらもカラっと揚がっていて美味しかったです。
出汁巻き玉子は、ふわふわで出汁の味がしっかりしていて、お酒に合う出汁巻き玉子でした。
去年の一年間で食べたどの蕎麦よりも美味しかったです。
(去年は、コロナ禍で長野、岐阜、新潟、静岡中心のお出かけだったので、蕎麦を沢山食べています)
