彼の誕生日にMA MAISONさんの宿泊と朝夕食付きのプランを予約して伺いました。
入口は古い洋館のような雰囲気があり、
ロビーも暖炉があったりまさに映画に出てくるような昭和の雰囲気です。
今回選んだコースメニューは、
"グレードアップフレンチ"の10品が付いたプランにしました。
・〈アミューズ〉ライスコロッケ、カプレーゼ
あっさりチーズとトマトのライスコロッケ、小さいのでパクッと食べてしまいます。
・〈プルミエ〉菜の花とベーコンのキッシュ
クリーミーで滑らか。菜の花がたくさん入っていて、焦げたところがサクサクとしていて、食感の違いを楽しめます。
・〈ドゥジューム〉ブラックタイガー、山梨県産マスのマリネ、ほうれん草と桜のテリーヌ
ねっとりした海老、刺身も美味しいのか〜〜。色々入っているのでフレンチを食べている気分になります。
・〈本日のスープ〉とうもろこしのポタージュ
とうもろこしは甘くなめらか。すぐに食べ終わってしまいました。
・パン
バケットとライ麦パンです。焼き立てでホワホワの柔らかいパン、ライ麦パンが好みで2人してお代わりしました。
・〈ポワソン〉オマール海老のグラチネ
ここでグラタンが。ポワソンは魚料理なので、バターソースやムニエルを想像していましたが、グラタン♪♪大好きなのでめっちゃ嬉しいです。
でもグラタンソースよりもメインはオマール海老。大きいのがどんと入り、そこにソースとしてグラタンがあるようなかんじです。
・〈サブルー〉洋梨のグラニテ
シャーベットでお口直しを。
・〈ヴィアンド〉国産牛のラペ
国産牛、どこのだろう。聞けばよかった。きっと美味しいところのです。
ナイフを通すとスッと切れるお肉の柔らかさ、ソースは赤ワインの軽いソース、和食で言うと出汁が効いているようなソースです。すみません、良い表現がなく。。。
・〈デザート〉洋菓子 ・珈琲or紅茶
最後に焼き菓子が。
その前に誕生日に出して欲しいケーキを渡していたのでそれを出して頂きました。
ろうそくを用意していませんでしたが、お店の方が気を使わせて立ててくれていました。
お気遣いありがとうございます。
飲み物は、ワインをグラスで頂きました。
お手頃な値段で、またグラスメニューも多いので色んな種類を飲むことができました。
素晴らしいお料理にホスピタリティ、口コミで読んだ通り本当に素敵なレストラン、またお部屋でした。
是非また行きたいと思います。
