鳴沢村の道の駅に行ってきました。
◾️本日の注文
・せんどそば
・メンチカツ
食券渡して5分くらいで呼ばれました。
名物せんどそばは細切り大根がたっぷりトッピングされ、他にねぎとわかめが入っております。
そばは田舎蕎麦のような柔らかめの太めなタイプ。つゆは薄めですが、南蛮味噌を付けて味変でいただきます。
メンチカツは間違いない安定の美味しさ。千切りキャベツも付いて野菜の栄養を摂れます。
