富士山の姿が見たくて、道の駅鳴沢に来ました。時間はちょうど11:30ごろ。限定20食のそば定食をいただきました。野沢菜ご飯と蕎麦のセット。温かいそばには大根の千切りがのってます。そこに付属の辛い味噌をかき混ぜて食べてくださいという指示をもらいました。試しにそのまま食べるよりも断然に美味しいです。味噌ラーメンはポプュラーですが、いわゆる味噌そばは初体験でした。ちなみに写真の右上が辛味噌です。
野沢菜ご飯はそのままいただきましたが、最後はお腹がキツくなってきましたので、蕎麦の残りの汁をかけてみましたところ、これがスルスルと入ってしまいました。
辛味噌が体を温めて温かい部屋でしたのでじっとりと汗が出てきました。
美味しかったです。

貴重な平日休みを利用して、富士山へ‼️
遅めの昼食はやはりここ❗️
今回は山菜そばとメンチカツを注文しました。
山菜そばは具がたくさん入っていてそばの方が先に終わってしまい、最後の最後まで山菜が出てきました。こんなに入っていて元が取れるのかな？
心配になってしまいました。
初挑戦のメンチはカリッとした歯応えはありますが、至って普通でした。
また、富士に来た時は来ようと思います。
