エビのアヒージョ、パエリア、サラダ。どの料理も素晴らしい！
このお店は料理の味や接客が素晴らしいだけでなく、目に見えないところでも努力されている姿が見えるお店。
無農薬栽培で手間暇かけて作られた野菜を惜しみなくサラダにして提供してくれたり、災害時には無償でランチを配布されていたり色々な社会貢献活動をされていました！
飲食店自身が厳しい状況の中、何度もこのような活動をされていることを地元の新聞やニュースで知り、応援したくなりました。
テイクアウトのタコスやハンバーグ、パエリアも本物の美味しさで、誰と一緒に食べても、誰かに差し上げても大変喜ばれるお料理です。イベント時やバーベキューには自家製ソーセージも含め、最高のテイクアウトになるでしょうね！またよろしくお願いします。

店内に入ると、メキシコの装飾品がズラリ！！軽く海外旅行に行ったような雰囲気です。
お腹がすいていてガッツリ食べたかったので、写真のようなガッツリメニューを注文。
地元のフジザクラポークを使用したポーグソテーが美味しかったと友人から聞いていたので、豚肉を使ったメニュー、豚肉のソノラ風というメニューを注文。
野菜とのバランスが大変よく健康的なメニューで、トマトソースとの相性もよく美味しくいただきました。
エビのアヒージョは人気料理とのことで注文したのですが、オイルも大変美味しく、付け合わせのバケットも美味しかったので、バケット追加注文しオイルまで完食しました！不思議ともたれない爽やかなのに深みのある美味しさ！
お料理が本格的でとても美味しく、それぞれの料理にオリジナリティを感じました！
メキシコ料理って、こんなに美味しいのかしら？と思うほど。
しかも無農薬で育てた野菜を提供していただけるとはありがたい。
ガトーショコラも美味しいと聞いていたので最後いただいたのですが、美味しさのあまり写真撮るの忘れてしまいました汗
シェフの方が、フレンチや日本料理、イタリアンまで勉強されてきたようなので、日本人の舌に合うようにアレンジされているような気がします。たぶん現地ではこんなに豪華な美味しいメニューはなかなか無いだろうなぁ。
接客も親切・丁寧。
座椅子の席は限りがあるのと、お料理は手間がかかるような彩りの良い料理が豊富なので、予約の上行かれるのが良いと思います。また必ず伺います！
