富士山溶岩窯で作っているというパンケーキ。
ホテルの一角にあり外観よりもゆったり広めの店内は快適でした。
ブルーベリー＆クリームチーズパンケーキ \1,628（税込）
特に記載は見当たりませんでしたがいわゆるスフレパンケーキ？
厚めでフワッフワッ。
食事と合わせてたくさん頼み過ぎたかなと思いましたが軽かったので無事に完食です。
エッグベネディクトもマフィンではなくパンケーキ。
こちらも美味しかったです。
