★注文手順★ |
いつも行列ができており、100名店にもなったことのあるお店でようやくタイミングがあい、平日のお昼に行ってきました！
時間は閉店間際だったため、並ばずに入店。店に入ると入り口で口頭で注文、精算を行い、どの席に座るか聞かれるため、店内を見渡し空いてる席の数字を伝えるシステムです。
注文は肉つけ卵トッピング大盛。肉つけ卵は写真のとおり、スープに埋まっているため、見えないです！
さてさて、味ですが、スープを一口飲むととても味噌と醤油の甘みで思っていたよりも優しい味でした。めんは単独だと塩気が強いですが、つけることでちょうど良い味となります。
また、吉田のうどんならではの最強の噛みごたえがしっかりと味わうことができ、とても美味しかったです。また、下に埋まったお肉にはかなり味がついているため、スープと一緒に味わうと一気にパンチのあるスープとなるため、吉田のうどんならてはの味の強さを感じることができました。
卵と天かすはとても辛い七味？と合わせるとクリーミーで辛いこれまた、美味しいうどんをを楽しむことができました。
たくさんの楽しみ方が１杯の中に詰まった、そんな１杯でした。とても美味しかったため大盛りで足りず、替え玉と天かすおかわりまでしてしまいました。ごちそうさまでした。
