この店がまだカウンターしかない頃から
家族で通っていたお店。
こちらの「から揚げ」「風来坊麺」のファン。
いつしか大人になり県外に住むようになり
訪れる機会に恵まれなくなったが
この度念願かなって訪問できた。
ワンコインランチに「から揚げ」があるのを目ざとく
見つけて、迷うことなく決定‼
ここのから揚げは独特で揚げた後中華スープ？
をかけているのか、サッと煮ているのか？
カラッとかパリッとかではないし
油淋鶏とも違う風来坊独特の味でとにかく旨かった。
実家の甥っ子も大ファンで夕飯時に合わせて
大皿でそれだけ買いに来て持ち帰ったこともあった。
作り手が変わったので昔の味とは微妙に違うが
私にとっては風来坊の味で、こんなから揚げは
ここでしか頂いたことがない。
風来坊麺も同様で先代の顔が思い起こされる。
亡き父はここのラーメンが好きだった。
長く残ってほしいお店である。
