この日は、学生時代の仲間とキャンプに丹波山村に行きましたよ。帰りに、こちらのお店に立ち寄ることに。
GW中なので混んでいるかと思ったら、即っと入店できて、人気No.1と書かれている天ざるそば1250円をチョイス。
窓からは新緑の山々を眺めることができて、なかなか良いロケーションにあるね。
蕎麦は、水車でゆっくりと挽いた挽きぐるみの蕎麦粉を使っているとのこと。楽しみだ。
しばらくすると料理到着。
「今日の天麩羅は、コゴミ、ウド、よもぎ、大根、かぼちゃです」と丁寧に説明してくれます。
田舎蕎麦の打ち立て、茹でたての蕎麦はコシがあって良いね。天麩羅も揚げたてサクサクで旨し！
自家製の蒟蒻もツルっとしていて病みつきになりそう。
自然の中でいただく蕎麦は最高でした。
