魚の棚にあるコスパ寿司ランチ : Souju

明石の台所『魚の棚商店街』の中にある『双樹』さん。
明るい店内は高級感あるけど、お昼はお得なメニューが供されるとの情報を得て、お邪魔して注文したのは『にぎりセット』（1,496円）。
お寿司7貫に細巻2貫、玉子2切れ、小鉢、赤だし、デザートが付いてこの値段はまさにお値打ち。
先ずは玉子から…甘めの玉子焼きで少し固めですが、しっとりした口当たり。
お次は小鉢で、本日は鯛の湯引きのポン酢ジュレ添え。
ほくほくの鯛はこの時期紅葉鯛って言って旬やから美味い。
やっぱ明石の鯛やし、文句なく最高！
さてお待ちかねの握りは、鯛、勘八、平目、帆立、〆鰯、海老、焼き穴子。
勘八や平目はぷりぷり食感が何とも言えん。
帆立も口の中で蕩ける旨みがたっぷり。
焼き穴子は外側の香ばしさと中のふわふわ加減に甘みを感じる身が最高でございます。
細巻は新香巻で、お口をさっぱりさせてくれるから、後味良き。
デザートはりんごのジェラートで、御馳走さん。
ランチとはいえ、この値段でこれだけのものが頂けるのはホンマありがたい。
さすがは魚の街、明石魚の棚。

I had lunch at “Soju” in the Uontana Shopping Str., Akashi, Hyogo Pref.
Although it’s a bright red elegant restaurant, it reasonably offers sushi, so I ordered the “Lunch set of Nigiri sushi” (@¥1,496).
The contents of the set were 7 pieces of nigiri sushi, 2 pieces of thin sushi rolls, 2 pieces of Japanese omelette, a side dish, red miso soup and a dessert, so it’s a good value.
First of all, the omelette was served, and had a good sweetness and moistness, although it was a little hard.
Next, the side dish was the boiled sea bream with ponzu jelly.
The seasonal sea bream had an excellent texture and richness bcoz it was from Akashi.
Then the served sushis were as follows; sea bream, great amberjack, flounder, scallop, vinegared sardine, boiled shrimp and grilled conger.
The great amberjack and flounder had a great springiness.
I tasted the scallop was so mellow that it spread the umami in my mouth.
The grilled conger had an amazing aroma outside and fluffy sweetness inside.
The rolls were used Japanese radish pickles, so those were refreshing and had a good aftertaste.
The dessert was apple gelato.
I'm so glad that he offers such great dish at such a reasonable price.
