安心して人を連れてこれるお店、見つけました！ : Koshitsu Washoku Higashiyama

コロナが落ち着いてきて、自分ひとりや家族の食事にはそこまで気を使わなくなってきましたが、まだまだ人との外食の時は、お店の選定で気を使います。

ちょうど宣言も明けて仕事の会食や、人数少なめの会食（例年なら忘年会と言いたいところですが）が増えてきたのですが、やはりどういうお店でやるかについて昔以上に気を使うのは共通の悩みじゃないですかね？少なくとも自分は毎回すごい気を使います…

今回は仕事関係の食事で急遽お店を探すことになったのですが、結果的に自分のチョイスを誉めてあげたいお店に出会うことができました（笑）外食をしたいけどお店のチョイスを悩む人には、絶対おすすめのお店かなと思います。あとは友達の何かのお祝いとか、ちょっと背伸びしたいときでも使えるなぁと思いました。

個人的に今の時期は、個室であること、食事が銘々盛りになっていること、接客がやかましくなく丁寧であること、それでいて雰囲気と食事がおいしいこと、この辺りは外せないのですが、東山さんは全部当てはまったので助かりました。一緒に食事をした人からもいいお店だねと言ってもらえて自分の株もあがってホクホクでした（笑）

詳細は写真を見てほしいのですが、まず入り口の雰囲気から「和」全開で期待感MAXです。京都が大好きな自分としては最高の雰囲気です。

全部は見ていませんがすべて個室じゃないかなと思います。今回案内された席も完全個室で、席の感覚もしっかりとられているのでゆったりと過ごすことができます。

接客していただいた女性の方は着物で丁寧な接客で、やっぱり京都が好きな自分としてはテンションがあがります。１つ１つの所作が丁寧で、接待でも安心して使えるかなと思います。

肝心のお料理ですが、ちょっとびっくりしました。大体和食で個室で会席だと量は少なくて１つ１つの量も少ないイメージなのでした。大体八寸とかで数を稼ぐイメージですが（笑）、こちらのお店はボリュームもしっかりしていて、食事としても大満足間違いなしです。

先付も美味しいし刺身も美味しいし、鍋、蟹の甲羅揚げ、鰆と、もう一品一品がちゃんと手が込んでいて美味しくて大満足。特に和牛しゃぶしゃぶ（？）は個別の鍋で提供されるのですが、量もしっかりしていてお出汁も超うまい！これは全員美味しい美味しいと絶賛でした。

しばらくの間、人との食事で迷ったらここのお店でいいかなぁと思うお店ですね。個人的にはすぐにでも行きたい！2021年もいいお店をいっぱい見つけましたが、自分の良いお店を見つけるセンサーは鈍っていないな感じたお店でした（笑）ここは社会人には自信をもってお勧めできます！

At least for me, I'm always very careful...

This time, I had to look for a restaurant in a hurry for a work-related dinner, but as it turned out, I found a restaurant that I wanted to praise my choice (laughs). I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to eat out but is worried about choosing a restaurant. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to people who want to eat out but are having trouble choosing a place to eat. I also think it can be used for celebrating a friend's special occasion or when you want to stretch your legs a bit.

Personally, at this time of the year, I can't miss the following things: a private room, meals served in individual portions, polite service without being too loud, and a good atmosphere and food. The people I ate with also said it was a nice restaurant, and I was very happy to have my stock rise (laughs).

For more details, please see the photos, but first of all, the atmosphere at the entrance was full of "Japanese" and I had a sense of anticipation. As a lover of Kyoto, it was the perfect atmosphere for me.

I didn't see all the rooms, but I think they are all private rooms. The seats we were shown this time were also completely private, and the sense of space between the seats was well taken care of, so we were able to spend a relaxing time.

The lady who served us wore a kimono and was polite and courteous, and as a lover of Kyoto, I was very excited.

The wagyu beef shabu-shabu (?) was especially delicious. I was very satisfied with the food. Everyone raved about how delicious and tasty it was.

I think this is the place I will go to if I have any doubts about dining with people for a while. Personally, I'd like to go back soon! I've found a lot of good restaurants in 2021, but this restaurant made me feel that my sensor for finding good restaurants hasn't dulled.
