ZENKAFUKU is a Chinese restaurant. During lunchtime, you can get the usual "Japanese" favorites like Mapo Tofu, Tantanmen, Fried Rice, Ramen and so on. The price is good for the volume you're getting, especially if you are getting the noodles and rice combo. Many workers come in during lunch for much needed sustenance. The staff is Chinese, so at night, you can order from their menu which has a lot more "Chinese" options (which you potentially order for lunch as well). There are tables with chairs and tables on tatami mats so you can choose where to sit. There's also a pond with carp out front, and the carp is quite big. If the parking is full, there's a second parking lot just down the road. Come with a big appetite!
