お店の雰囲気が老舗感あっていい感じ
一人で行ってもカウンター席があるので問題なし
3,000円分のクーポンに現金をプラスして「炭火名古屋ひつまぶし」の鰻が多いほうのお膳を注文
お茶と薬味が先に到着
ほどなくして香ばしい香りをたずさえたひつまぶしが到着
しゃもじで取り分ける時点ですでに、蒸さずに焼かれた皮のパリッという感触がある
おすすめの食べ方に従ってまずそのまま一膳
続いて薬味を乗せて一膳
さらにお出汁をかけて一膳
最後はもう一度薬味だけで一膳
4回お茶碗につげる量でした
食べ終わったあとの満足感が半端ないです
さながら井之頭五郎のように夢中でわしわし食べました
