ここは八かく庵という店で、タカシマヤ13階にあります☺️
お料理を頼むと、お豆腐食べ放題がついてくるので、
ばくばく食べちゃいます❣️
京とうふ藤野の豆乳を使ったお豆腐で、
出来立てとのこと
温かくて、そのままでも美味しいけど、塩、梅ゴマ、出汁、LINEクーポンで季節の出汁がもらえるので、 いつも味変しながら3杯おかわりしちゃいます
この日はせいろのコースにしました
前菜はチーズ豆腐のトマト味噌仕立て、
焼き茄子のゼリー寄せ生麩田楽、
イカと刺身こんにゃく、生湯葉のお造りという
前菜にしてスタメン笑
そして生麩の豆乳グラタン
これめっちゃ好き
グラタンの中にお麩が入っていて、
ふわふわで美味しいんです
そしてせいろは二段になっていて、
上がお肉、下がお野菜
ネギやお麩が入ったおつゆにつけて食べるのが最高
最後は生湯葉のお寿司でしめとなります
使っている食材は和食で馴染みあるけど、
どれを食べても美味しくて贅沢って感じるのが不思議
珍味とか高級食材じゃないのに
贅沢って感じるのすごすぎませんか？？？
甘味は葡萄ゼリーが乗った豆乳クリームでした
これも美味しすぎる！！！
雨も最近降ってるし、名駅から出ずに、
濡れずに行けるところもポイント
