仕事途中の早めの夕食で向月に来てみた。覚えていなかったがこちらの系列店で一度食べた事があったようだ。
仕事途中なのでお茶で。
正月らしくなますが出てきた。
オーダーしたのは握り鮨盛り合わせ十貫(3000円〜 税別)
出てきたのは順に、カンパチ(固めなシャリでにぎりは小ぶり。煮切りが濃いめ。ネタはマズマズ）、中トロ、剣先イカは塩で、赤身（漬けっぽく）、海老（茹で置き）、コダイの酢〆（ちょっと甘めな酢）、アジの酢〆（やっぱり酢が甘く感じる）、ホタテ（小ぶりな帆立。煮切りが濃い）、ゲソ（剣先イカのゲソ）、穴子は塩で（穴子が美味しい）
追加したのは
煮蛤（煮蛤を置いてある寿司屋って少なくなった気がする。第三春美の煮蛤みたいに立派な蛤ではないが、味は悪くない。1貫1200円はちょっと高いけど）、コハダ（400円 酢〆物はやはり酢の味がちょっと好みと違うかも）
煮切りが濃いので、そっちに印象が行き過ぎてしまう。固めの小ぶりなシャリのにぎり加減は悪くない。ネタはピンではないがマズマズ。5615円は妥当な価格。
