名駅南にある会社近くの『寿司 向月 笹島』さんにランチに行ってみました。

笹島交差点の近くです。
◇待ち時間・混雑状況
平日の12時過ぎにお店に行きましたが、直ぐにカウンターに案内頂きました。カウンターは、他にお一人のお客様がいらっしゃいました。

向月ばらちらし鮨をオーダーし、待つこと約8分で提供頂きました。

○ばらちらし寿司
酢飯に穴子、ホタテ、〆鯖、海老、厚焼き玉子、アボカド、サヤエンドウ、青じそ、錦糸卵を食べやすいサイズにカットしたものが乗っていました。メニューにはイクラ、サーモンも書かれていますが、見当たりませんでした。日によって変わるのかも知れませんが、今ひとつと言った感じです。

◇感想
ランチタイムなので、握りではなく、手ごろなちらし寿司を頂きましたが、寿司ネタの余り物をカットして乗せたという感じのちらし寿司でした。安いランチなので、仕方ないのかも知れませんが、もう少しこだわりを持って欲しいものです。
