名古屋駅周辺で、チャンと仕事してる寿司が食べたくて行ってみました。店内は個室とカウンターがあり、内装はそこそこ高級感があるので、接待向きの店ですね
カウンターで握りを一通り食べてみました。シャリは暖かい、、、というか、かなり温度高め。これはコレで美味しいですね。ネタは凹凸があるので、ガラスのネタケースを良く見て選んだ方が良いかも。アナゴやハマグリなど、名古屋駅でもチャンと仕事してる寿司が食べれるのは便利ですな。
