Food 100% special “Tsuna Yabetsu sesame oil”
Edomae tempura restaurants mainly use sesame oil. At Tsunahachi, we have been using 100% sesame oil for many years. At Tsunahachi, we offer a blend of sesame oil from several refining methods, mainly Taihaku, which is specially selected by Tsunahachi. It's good to dip Tempura wrapped in fragrant sesame flavor into tempura sauce, and it's also good to make it crunchy with salt. I can't stand it.
