Tabelog I went to Fried Skewers a little retro, nostalgic Kushi Kobo Rai, a hidden restaurant in the Endoji area! I saw a half bottle of Moeroise, so I went for that. It's a pretty pink champagne and easy to drink! (I had Pancakes first, so I couldn't get another serving.) The flavors are creative, and the combinations are Italian Cuisine style and innovative. There are three sauces, a thick sauce like dorosauce, a regular dry sauce, and salt. The prawns were covered with small pastel-colored arabesque, which was very cute! The course included 10 pieces of seafood and a choice of Hokkaido sanma chazuke with chestnut rice? The dessert was brown sugar ice cream and brownie, I think.
