Kushitatsu and Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) are also serious! Freshness is the key to beef offal. We purchase our products every day with a focus on freshness and plumpness of fat. We visited soy sauce manufacturers in Hakata many times to carefully examine the seasonings. I have recreated Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) that I used to eat in Hakata. We are proud of the authentic taste that even the locals will appreciate. The final Champon noodles are carefully selected and ordered from a noodle factory in Yokohama. Champon noodles have a texture like no other, so please try it as a finishing touch♪ In addition to the standard soy sauce, we also have the original tomato Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) and mentaiko Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot)! |

If you use gas or electricity, you may be able to burn it with about a month of practice. However, we want to offer yakitori that people will say is delicious. That's why I want to stick to charcoal grilling. Even if it takes a long time to train, I won't let you stand in the grill until you have one serving. It takes at least three months to understand how to heat charcoal.
