Kushitatsu and Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) are also serious! Freshness is the key to beef offal. We purchase our products every day with a focus on freshness and plumpness of fat. We visited soy sauce manufacturers in Hakata many times to carefully examine the seasonings. I have recreated Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) that I used to eat in Hakata. We are proud of the authentic taste that even the locals will appreciate. The final Champon noodles are carefully selected and ordered from a noodle factory in Yokohama. Champon noodles have a texture like no other, so please try it as a finishing touch♪ In addition to the standard soy sauce, we also have the original tomato Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) and mentaiko Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot)! |
怪しいグルメ探検隊in名古屋。
今宵は名古屋で焼鳥です。焼鳥ともつ鍋のお店「串たつ」に行ってきました。創業して45年というから老舗の部類ですね。細長い店内は長いカウンター席と奥にはお座敷席。奥のグループは賑やかですねぇ。
さてと空いているカウンター席に座ってメニューを拝見。先ずは生ビール（480円税別）ともつ煮込み（400円税別）をお願いします。お通しはキャベツでした。焼鳥は一本150円前後とお手頃価格だけど、基本的に二本縛り。お一人様なので一本オーダー可能かとお姉さんに聞いたらダメでした。残念…。しそせせりと肝（タレ）を二本ずつお願いします。
生ビールは黒ラベル。もつ煮込みがなかなか美味い。こういう煮込み物も継ぎ足しで作られているのかなぁ。炭火焼きの焼鳥もまずまずですね。軽く飲んでお会計は1,500円＋消費税。コスパも良いねぇ。二本縛りじゃなきゃ良いのになあ。
