本日の日替わりランチは舌平目のフライ。
フライという気分ではなかったので、創業時からの定番定食の若鶏の甘辛煮をオーダー。
あまり時間もかからず提供されました。
揚げて甘辛く煮てあり、なすと共に餡がかかり添えてあるカラシで頂きます。
ひじきの煮物、サラダ、漬け物、味噌汁、美味しいご飯に素麺が付いていました。
つるつるとした食感で、喉ごしが良かった。
美味しく頂きました。
