Born in 1961. At the age of 19, he turned to Italian Cuisine cuisine. In 1988, he moved to Italy and after training in Rome, Pescara, and Milan, he joined Bologna [Ilsole]. In three and a half years, he moved from sous chef to chef and earned one star. Returned to Japan in 1994 after working at Brisighella's one-star Restaurants [La Grotta] and other famous restaurants. After managing Yagoto Norenwake [Il Sole] and 7 other restaurant, he became the owner-chef of [TAVERNAGUIDA]. Our credo is to create dishes that are full of authentic sensibilities and originality, using carefully selected ingredients.
