パスタセットを大盛りで頼もうかとも思ったのですが
本日のパスタはトマトソースとオイルパスタで
クリームソースがありません
シラスのオイルパスタは確かに魅力的ですが
初めてのお店ですので
ソースの出来栄えが気になります。
ここはベーコンとほうれん草のトマトソースにします
お客はご近所の常連さんなのか
店員さんはテーブルに座り話し込んでいます

前菜は4種類、スターターとしてはまずまず
パンとオリーブオイルの提供、バニーニですか
オリーブオイルはさっぱりとしていて
やや青臭さのあるバージンオイル、
パンも美味しいし中々の出だしです
前菜なんて手が込んでいていい感じです
メインのチキンのローストは
マッシュポテト添えで
ここにもオリーブオイルが掛かってます
表面はカリッと焼かれていていいですが
お肉は普通でややイージーっぽさがあります
味はまずまずといったところ。
そしてお目当のパスタフォークでクルクルしていただきます
麺は中細でややコシが感じられるか。
酸味はあまり無いですね
その代わりトマト感は強くていいです
具材がもう少しあればいいと思うのですが
ソースがいいので良しとしましょう
こうなるとクリームソースも試したくなります
