名古屋でひつまぶし！マスト！
大阪帰省前に名古屋で途中下車しました。
前回名古屋旅行を企画したときはコロ助関連でドタキャンでした。一目でも旧友に会いたかったので名駅近辺限定でいくつかピックアップして、その中から友人に経験上美味しかったお店を選んでもらいました。
肉系の名古屋飯もウェルカムですが、友人が肉食できないので必然的にメニューは絞られるわけで、その中でも贅沢ですが人生頑張ってきた世代のご褒美でひつまぶし。
欲を言うとイチビキか蓬莱軒が良いのでしょうが限られた時間内ではチンタラ並べません。
名駅の地下街のこのお店も12時前でしたが少し並んでおられました。こんな高級ランチでも並ぶんや。
なんだかんだ言って日本人お金持ち。私は旅行者なので特別枠。
人生２回目のひつまぶしは予想通りの美味しさで、飛び上がる感じではなく、これこれ、これよねーと言う安定の特上のおすましした感じの味わいでした。
どのタイミングでネギを入れるのか、出汁を入れるのかわからんままに適当に食べても美味しい！
でも旅先でないと出せないお値段！でも浅草の天丼より安いかな。
東京帰ったらしっかり働いて慎ましく生きていくから

お腹いっぱいすぎて新幹線ホームのきしめん住よしには近づけませんでした。残念！
