・汁をすすります。味は普通。
メインの鰻を一口...カリッとした表面にあとからしっとりくる鰻。そこにご飯を駆け込みます。
好感の持てる味。タレの味付けはあとから来る甘いタレ感。うなぎと一体感があります。
そんなうなぎ丼をお新香と共に食べ進めると気づけば完食です。
